The successful post holder will ensure that excellent supporter care is at the heart of everything we do and that the supporter experience informs all aspects of our work. S/He will deliver exceptional supporter service that deepens relationships with VSO supporters and volunteers by providing an effective, efficient, and excellent gift administration and supporter care, delighting our supporters and inspiring them to continue to support our work.

You will work across our Public Fundraising Team. A wonderfully varied role from processing income, administering direct debits, talking to our supporters on the phones, on social media, responding to enquiries, and thanking our supporters - no two days are the same.
